Earl Libecco

Earl Libecco, 92, of Bruin died late Wednesday, May 25, 2011, evening at Clarion
Hospital.

Mr. Libecco was born in Kittanning, September 20, 1918. He was the son of Novie
and Mary (Kuhn) Libecco.

He attended Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa.

Mr. Libecco was a Jehovah's Witness and an active member of Kingdom Hall in
Chicora.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and working on antique clocks. He enjoyed all types
of sports.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.

He was a heavy equipment operator all his working life.

Surviving are his wife, Grace C. Stoughton Libecco, who he married in Butler on
Jan. 12, 1942. Also surviving are seven sons, John Libecco and his wife, Eva, of
Bruin, Sonny Libecco and his wife, Esther, of Warren, Ohio, Ronn Libecco and his
wife, Sue, of Karns City, Dennis Libecco of Parker, Philip Libecco of Chicora,
William Libecco of Bruin, and Michael Libecco and his wife, Vivian, of East
Brady; 20 grandchildren, Jeff Libecco of Butler, Jacqueline Jack of Chicora,
Wade Libecco of Chicora, Dr. James Libecco of Solon, Ohio, Christina Heneger of
Macedonia, Ohio, Katie Libecco of Youngstown, Ohio, Brandi Yough, Nikki Smith
and Shanna Libecco, all of Chicora, Shaylene McDougal of Edenton, N.C., Dustin
Libecco of Karns City, Haley Libecco of San Diego, Calif., Becky Kline of Bruin,
Mandy Libecco of Parker, Alex Libecco, Jacob Libecco, Patrick Libecco and
Savannah Libecco, all of East Brady, Caroline Philip of Clarion, and Joan Moore
of Kittanning; 22 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Peg Rice of Durant, Okla.,
and Mary Boltz of Cowansville; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins,
brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Grace
Libecco, and a number of brothers and sisters.

A memorial service for Earl Libecco, who died Wednesday, May 25, 2011, will be
at 2 p.m. June 4 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 222 Holly Road,
Chicora, with minister David L. Morrison officiating.
