Hazel Eileen Anthony Hawk

Hazel Eileen Anthony Hawk, 51, of RD 5, Perry Highway, died suddenly at home on
Monday, April 30, 1973.

Born in Craigsville, Armstrong County, on January 4, 1922, she was a daughter of
Chart Ezra and Helen Dora (Bowser) Anthony.

She was a 1939 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa.

She was married in 1946 and was a member of First Presbyterian Church and its
women's association.

Survivors include her husband; three sons, Duane K. of Newport News, Va., Harold
L. of Pittsburgh, and Larry C., at home; her mother, of Worthington; four
sisters, Mrs. Dale (Alice) Miller of Butler, Mrs. Erwin (Jane) Bowser of
Worthington, Mrs. Robert (Helen) Leiner of Seminole, Fla., and Mrs. Charles
(Leona) Shearer of Middletown, Ohio; and four brothers, Francis of Ford City,
Walter of Fenelton, C. Norman of Craigsville and Glenn of Worthington.

Friends may call today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at the Robert W. Waid Funeral
Home. The family will receive friends on Thursday at James A. Flick Funeral
Home, Worthington, where services will be held on Friday with Rev. Dr. William
A. Smith of First Presbyterian Church, Meadville, officiating.

Interment in Lawn Have Burial Estates, Worthington, Pa.
