Naomi Mae Cessna Burke Claypool

Naomi Mae (Cessna) Burke Claypool, 82, of County Line Road, Fenelton died
Saturday, May 11, 2002 at her home.

She was born April 18, 1920 in Banks Township (Indiana County) to George and
Ruth (Shields) Cessna.

She attended Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa.

Mrs. Claypool was retired from Moonlight Mushrooms in Worthington and had also
worked for Troutmans in Butler.

She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Coylesville.

Her hobbies were sewing, quilting and reading.

Survivors include one son, George Burke of Chicora; two daughters, Betty Jack
and Mrs. Ronald (Margaret) Denny, both of Fenelton; four grandchildren; and
eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Hugh Richard Burke,
who died Oct. 26, 1955; her second husband, Jack R. Claypool, who died Nov. 7,
1986; two sons; two brothers, George JR and William; and five sisters, Goldie
Laney, Minerva Meckley, Ruth Claypool, Bertha Claypoole and Jessie Kerr.

Friends of Naomi M. (Cessna) Burke Claypool, 82, of County Line Road, Fenelton,
who died May 11, 2002 will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the
F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, 119 Bear St., Worthington. A Funeral Mass will be
held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Johns Roman Catholic Church, Coylesville with the
Rev. Louis Pascazi officiating. 

Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery, Fenelton, Pa.
