Donald Addison Lewis

Donald Addison Lewis, 59, of 119 E. Main St., Worthington, died at 3:15 a.m.
Sunday, February 17, 1980, at the Armstrong County Memorial Hospital,
Kittanning, after a brief illness.

Born July 17, 1920, in Applewold, he was the son of Boyd F. and Elizabeth C.
(Hilliard) Lewis.

A 1938 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa.

He was a member of Worthington Evangelical Lutheran Church, and a former member
of the American Federations of Musicians Local 603. He was a World War II
veteran, with service in the South Pacific.

Surviving are his wife, Mary Elizabeth "Libby" (Edwards) Lewis and a son, Thomas
Gearld Lewis of Butler.

Friends of Donald A. Lewis of 119 E. Main St., Worthington, who died Sunday,
Feb. 17, 1980, will be received at the James A Flick Funeral Home, Worthington,
from 7 to 9 ;.m. Monday and from 20 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral services
will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday from the funeral home, with the Rev. Dean R.
Lingle, pastor of Worthington Evangelical Lutheran Church, officiating. 

Burial will be in Worthington Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery, Worthington,
Pa.
