Evadell Marie Bowser Bofinger
Evadell Marie Bowser Bofinger, 56, of Worthington, died at 2:56 a.m. Thursday
morning, July 14, 1977, in Armstrong County Memorial Hospital.
Born February 8, 1921 in Bell City, La., she was the daughter of Elsie
(Corbello) Bowser and the late Eugene Bowser.
A 1938 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa.
She was a member of the Worthington Evangelical Lutheran Church, the Lutheran
Church Women, and was an auxiliary volunteer at the hospital.
Surviving in addition to her mother, who lives in Pittsburgh, are her husband,
Richard A., one son, Richard O. of Butler; two sisters, Mrs. James (Ouida) Mowry
and Mrs. Robert (Thelma) McMahon, both of Pittsburgh; and two grandchildren.
In addition to her father, she was predeceased by a son, Larry and a grandson,
Richard.
Friends of Evadell Marie Bofinger, who died July 14, 1977, will be received from
7 to 9 this evening and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the James A. Flick
Funeral Home, Worthington. Service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the
Evangelical Lutheran Church, conducted by the Rev. Dean R. Lingle, church
pastor.
Burial will be in the Worthington Lutheran Church Cemetery, Worthington, Pa.
