Mary Elizabeth Claypoole Lawrence Baker
Mary Elizabeth "Merrie" Claypoole Lawrence Baker, of Miami, Fl., passed away on
December 13, 1986.
She was born in Worthington, on July 27, 1920, the daughter of Samuel Dale and
Iva Fern (Cunningham) Claypoole.
She attended Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa.
She was 1937 graduate of Kittanning High School, Kittanning, Pa.
She belonged to St. Ann Catholic Church, in Williamsport, and enjoyed playing
bridge.
She was employed as a secretary in the Harrisburg area, staying with Ernest and
Catherine Smith, prior to her marriage to Robert Francis Lawrence, 11/08/1941.
She is survived by her son Michael Stephen Lawrence Sr.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband Robert
Francis and second husband, Frank Baker.
Interment in Wildwood Cemetery, 91 Wildwood Blvd., Williamsport, Pa.
