Hazel Dolly Claypool Adams

Hazel Dolly Claypool Adams, 67, of 207 Church Street, Worthington died Thursday,
July 24, 1986 at Armstrong Memorial Hospital.

She was born May 4, 1919, in Salina, daughter of Lawrence and Iva (Henderson)
Claypool.

She attended Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa.

She was an active member of the Evangelcal Lutheran Church in Worthington and a
member of the Lutheran Church Women's Group.

Survivors include her husband, Paul W. Adams, they were married August 28, 1937,
two sons, Walter S. and Robert P. both of Worthington; two daughters, Paula L.
Bauer of Wormleysburg and Ann E. (John) Roudybush of Worthington; three
grandchildren, Jeffrey A.(Tina)  and Susan E. Adams and Justin P. Roudybush; two
great grandchildren, Jeffrey A. and Taylor M. Adams; two sisters, Dora(Burdette)
Snyder of Leechburg and Verna(Robert) Morgan of Worthington.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, William R.
and two sisters, Mabel Marie and Betty Jean (Jack) Ellison

Friends of Mrs. Hazel D. Adams of 207 Church St., Worthington, who died
Thrusday, July 24, 1986, will be received at the F. Duane Snyder, (formerly
James A. Flick) Funeral Home, Worhtington, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday
and Saturday and from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday, and at the church for an
hour before services. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday from the
Evangelical Lutheran Church, Worthington, with the Rev. Donald S. Worth
officiating.  

Burial will be in the Worthington Lutheran Church Cemetery, Worthington, Pa.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Worthington Memorial Fund, or a favorite charity.
