Verna Pearl Bauer Flick

Verna Pearl Bauer Flick, 34, of Worthington R.D. 1 died at 12;30 p.m. Thursday,
June 5, 1952, at her home following a lingering illness.

Born November 15, 1917, she was the daughter of Harry L. and the late Sara O.
(Swartzlander) Bauer. 

She was a member of the Worthington United Presbyterian Church and of the
missionary society of that church.

Mrs. Flick was a graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School with the
Class of 1935.

Surviving are her husband, Arthur H. Flick; two daughters, Agnes and Nancy, both
at home; her father, Harry L. Bauer of Knox R.D. 2; five sisters, Mrs. John
(Anna Mae) Anderson of Butler, Mrs. Ralston W. (Mary Jane) Bowser of Worthington
R.D. 1, Mrs. W. F. (Dorthea) Cochran of Kittanning, Mrs. E. J. (Olive) Best of
Knox and Mrs. Walter (Joyce) Knight of Knox; and a brother, Ross Bauer of Knox
R.D. 2.

Friends of Mrs. Arthur H. Flick of Worthington R.D. 1, who died at her home
Thursday, June 5, 1952, will be received at the Walker Funeral Home,
Worthington. Funeral services will be held from the funeral home at 1:45 p.m.
Sunday in charge of the Rev. Orville J. Fleming of the Worthington United
Presbyterian, assisted by the Rev. B. O. Fair, pastor of the Church of God of
Indiana. 

Burial will be in the United Presbyterian Cemetery at Worthington, Pa.
