Mary Suzanne Ernst Shriver
Mary Suzanne Ernst Shriver, 83, of 4104 Kennedy Drive died at 11:29 a.m.
Saturday, May 29, 1999, in the emergency room at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born in Punxsutawney, Jefferson County, on December 21, 1915, she was the
daughter of Earle and Clara (Stumpf) Ernst.
She was a 1934 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa
Mrs. Shriver was a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband, Robert Shriver, whom she married Aug 20, 1938, two
sons, Robert Shriver of Sigel and Kenneth Shriver of Butler; a sister, Maude
Dilley, of Worthington; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a
number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother; Malcom Ernst; and a sister, Nell (Ernst)
Strobel.
Private services and entombment were today at the Chapel of Devotion Mausoleum,
Butler County Memorial Park, Butler, Pa. The Rev. Kenneth Hall, pastor of North
Main Street Church of God, officiated.
