Harvey Arthur Drake
Harvey Arthur Drake, 72, of Cherry Street, Worthington, died yesterday, October
26, 1988, in Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, Kittanning.
Born July 31, 1916, in Worthington, he was the son of Frank and Edna (Kison)
Drake.
He was a 1934 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington,
Pa
Mr. Drake was a retired insurance agent.
He was a U.S. Navy pilot during World War II.
He was a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church, Worthington, and the
Kittanning Elks Lodge 203.
Surviving are his wife, Jean (Gaiser) Drake; a brother, John Drake in Florida; a
sister, Carolyn Caldren; and four nieces and two nephews.
A brother, James, preceded him in death.
Friends of Harvey A. Drake of Cherry Street, Worthington, who died Monday, Oct.
24, 1988, will be received at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, Worthington,
from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday
from the funeral home, with the Rev. Donald Worth, pastor of the Evangelical
Lutheran Church, Worthington, officiating.
Private burial will be in Worthington Lutheran Church Cemetery, Worthington, Pa.
