Rachel K Flick
Rachel K. (Forman) Flick, 95, of Worthington, Pa., died Sunday, December 24,
2006, in Armstrong County Hospital, East Franklin Township, Kittanning, Pa.
She was born December 16, 1911, in North Buffalo Township (area northeast of
Slate Lick, Pa.), a daughter of the late Kellar and Myrtle Belle (Brunner)
Foreman.
She worked in the cafeteria at the Worthington-West Franklin High School,
Worthington Pa., was a member of the Worthington Presbyterian Church for 65
years, and volunteered in the lunch room at the Worthington Senior Center.
She loved quilting, sewing and canning.
She is survived by her three close nieces, Linda Mense, of Kittanning, Susan
Blaney and husband, Denny of Kittanning, and Marlene Gregory, of Vienna, Va.
Also survived by other nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles
Flick; and two brothers, Raymond Foreman and Marlin Foreman.
Visitation will be from 12:30 until services at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the F.
Duane Snyder Funeral Home, Worthington, with the Rev. Jonathan Speck, her
pastor, officiating.
Interment in Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery, Worthington, Pa.
Memorial contributions may be made to Orphans of the Storm or Worthington
Presbyterian Cemetery.
