Myra A. Long, 88, of Worthington, Pa., died Monday, December 23, 1991 at
Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, East Franklin Township, Kittanning, Pa.
 
She was born December 23, 1903, in Worthington to Edgar W.  and Esther  M.
"Essie" Campbell.
 
A retired cook employed at Worthington-West Franklin Township High School
cafeteria from 1953 - 1972, Mrs. Long was a member of the Worthington
Presbyterian Church and the Lutheran Gleaners Class.
 
Survivors include a son, James Carl Long of Worthington; two sisters, Florence
M. Campbell of Wesley Manor, Kittanning and Mrs. Claire (Sarah E.) Wible of
York, Pa.
 
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Carl Long in 1977; a sister,
Lucille M. Lanning, and two brothers, Edgar L. Campbell and John "William"
Campbell.
 
Friends of Myrna A. Long, 88, of Worthington, Pa., who died Monday, Dec. 23,
1991, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the F. Duane
Snyder Funeral Home in Worthington, where funeral services will be held Thursday
at 1:30 p.m., with the Rev. Jonathan speck officiating.
 
Burial will follow in the United Presbyterian Cemetery, Cherry Street,
Worthington, Pa.
