Margie Ruth Bowser, 64, of Bear Street, Worthington, Pa., died Sunday evening,
July 11, 1982, at the Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, East Kittanning
Township, Kittanning, Pa.
 
Born in Washington Township (Armstrong County, Adrian, Pa. area), March 14,
1918, she was a daughter of Wilbert and Goldie (Hooks) Bowser.
 
She was a member of the Brush Valley Brethren Church and Sunday School, Adrian,
Pa., and the Worthington Senior Citizens. She was a retired cafeteria worker
from Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa.
 
She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Albert (Elizabeth) Crissman of RR 1,
Worthington and Mrs. Edwin (Dora "Lois") Jack of Brandywine, Md.; one brother,
Roy H. Bowser of RR 1, Worthington; and a number of nieces and nephews.
 
Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by one sister, Mrs. Cecil
(Violet) French.
 
Friends of Margie Ruth Bowser, 64, of Bear Street, Worthington, who died Sunday,
July 11, 1982, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 20 to 4 and 7
to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home in Cowansville, Pa., and
from 1 to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Brush Valley Brethren Church. Funeral
services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the church with the Rev. Thomas
Kidder officiating.
 
Burial will follow in the Brush Valley Brethren Cemetery, Adrian, Pa.
