Thomas William Maxwell
Thomas William Maxwell, age 83, of Pinellas Park, Fl., passed away December 18,
2001 at IHS of Pinellas Park.
He was born May 8, 1918, in Emsworth, Pa., a son of William and Mary Jane
(Malloy) Maxwell.
He was a veteran of WW II, having served in the US Army from August 1943 to
March 1946. After being discharged at Fort Dix, New Jersey, he completed his
college education.
He was a 1949 graduate of Indiana State Teachers College, Indiana, Pa.
He was part of the faculty of Worthington-West Franklin High School for the
1949-1950 and 1950-1951 school years.
After leaving Worthington High School, he continued on in his teaching career in
the Pittsburgh area. He moved from Pittsburgh to Pinellas Park 26 years ago
He was a member of the First Baptiste Church of Indian Rocks Beach.
He is survived by his brother, Robert, along with four nephews and two neices.
in addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Charles and
sister, Mary Ann Nolan.
Burial in First Baptist Church of Indian Rocks Memorial Gardens, Largo, Fl.
